Questions

Straight answers.

Is it really one price?+
Yes. $250 a month for the company, however many people use it. No tiers, no seats, no add-ons. A remodeler should never have to decide whether the new PM is worth a seat.
How does the free trial work?+
You add a card at sign-up, on Stripe's secure page — SiteView never sees the number. Nothing is charged for 7 days. On day 8 the card is charged $250 and the month starts. Cancel before then and nothing is ever charged.
Why is a card needed to start?+
Because we set every company up with a person and load a real job with you. A card at the start means the people we spend that hour with are the ones who mean it. Nothing is charged until the trial ends.
I have a code — where does it go?+
On the card screen there is an "Add promotion code" box. A code can make your first month or your first year free; the card is still added, and billing starts when the code's period ends.
Is there a contract?+
Month to month. Cancel any time from your avatar menu → Billing; you keep access to the end of the month you paid for, and you can export everything.
What about card processing on my invoices?+
Your clients' card payments run through Stripe at Stripe's standard rates. SiteView adds nothing on top. You can pass the fee to the client or absorb it.
