Jobber publishes $49 to $699 a month by plan and seat count, plus $29 per extra user and paid add-ons for lead tracking and AI answering. Straight answers.
Anyone who signs in: the owner, office staff, project managers and crew with their own login. Subcontractors who check in by scanning a QR and homeowners on the client portal never count — there is no login for them.
Yes. Crew, Team and Company have exactly the same SiteView. The only difference is how many people can sign in.
Change plan from your avatar menu → Billing. The difference is prorated on the next invoice and the extra seats open immediately. When you hit the limit, the Add-person button says so and offers the next plan.

You pick a plan and add a card at sign-up, on Stripe’s secure page — SiteView never sees the number. Nothing is charged for 7 days. On day 8 the card is charged for the first month of your plan. Cancel before then and nothing is ever charged.
On the card screen there is an “Add promotion code” box. A code can make your first month or your first year free; the card is still added, and billing starts when the code’s period ends.
Month to month. Cancel any time from your avatar menu → Billing; you keep access to the end of the month you paid for, and you can export everything.
Your clients’ card payments run through Stripe at Stripe’s standard rates. SiteView adds nothing on top. You can pass the fee to the client or absorb it.
